BODYWORK: Finished in its original gold colour and generally well preserved, with paintwork that retains a strong shine. There are some bubbles along the lower sections of the bodywork that should be attended to. It includes its original detachable hardtop.

MECHANICS: Equipped with the 218 hp V8 engine. After several years without use, the car has recently been restarted following a fuel-tank cleaning and the installation of a new fuel pump, an original Mercedes-Benz replacement part. However, the injection pump requires attention, as the engine revs excessively when started.

INTERIOR: Very well preserved, featuring attractive brown leather upholstery that pairs perfectly with the gold exterior. The wood trim is also in very good condition.

DOCUMENTS: Registered as a Historic Vehicle in Spain, with all the exemptions and advantages this entails.

HISTORY: This unit was originally supplied to the American market, where it spent many years before being imported to Spain roughly 15 years ago. It was registered in Spain, but it has not been driven during the past seven years, so a full mechanical inspection is recommended.
